SHIPROCKET: A Unicorn of CHEATS Shiprocket

This is post is with respect to Shiprocket, whose service is not in tandem with the claims of their “trustworthy logistics”.
Through this post, I bring in light the reality this Unicorn and awareness for all the D2C brands who are potentially going to partner with them.
Shiprocket’s Customer service is pathetic and these people do not owe up to even 1% of their fault, making their customer bear the losses and suffer.
We, at AuraDecor, have shared a logistical partnership with shiprocket for over a span of 4 years now yet I ponder if we’re facing such issues what misery it might be for the new partners of Shiprocket.
The shipping blunder on shiprocket’s end came to my notice when my team escalated a case of delayed delivery to one of our long-term D2C client.
Upon tracking with the AWB No. it reflected that the shipment has never been picked yet the same had been dispatched from our warehouse more than a week ago.
When enquired further into it, we came across the shipping manifest which was signed by the pickup agent, clearly indicating the pick-up of the shipment.
Now, my team has been constantly following up with Shiprocket’s customer support however all is in vain, where even after sharing, explaining and escalating the issue with them the reply given by them is the same old reasoning of pointing fingers at the client and due to which they’re unable to provide any recourse.
HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH SHIPROCKET and would definitely consider our collaboration for logistics with them considering the aforementioned.
