Exposure in life 💫 My take on exposure is that, it is just as important as Normal education as long as it does not put you or others in danger. It is enriching and expands your perception of reality as well as lead you to new opportunities and new levels of curiosity and creativity. Social Media is helpful if it is impossible to experience something firsthand but it's not the same us talking and laughing with the locals, exquisite views, experiencing a New Culture and Learning something new 🌻. Exposure connects you to yourself ,others, past , present and future. It broadens your perspective and makes you a more compassionate human being. #exposure #Opportunities #Curiosity #Creativity #Learning #Compassion #Perspectives

Making Friends During Studies & Beyond Starting a new chapter in our studies not only opens doors to knowledge but also to lasting friendships. As we journey through our educational paths, the bonds we form are anchored in shared experiences and exchanged ideas. 📚💡 Here are a few tips on making and keeping these connections strong, even after the caps are thrown and the classes are over: 1. Be Open and Approachable: Take the initiative to join study groups and participate in campus activities. Your openness will invite others to connect with you. 2. Share and Support: True friendships are built on support. Be there for your peers during tough exams and celebrate their successes as if they are your own. 3. Stay in Touch: Life after studies can take us on different paths, but staying connected is key. Regular check-ins via social media or setting up virtual catch-ups can keep the bond alive. 4. Reunite When Possible: Arrange meet-ups or reunions. Sometimes, a face-to-face gathering is the best way to rekindle connections and create new memories. By nurturing these relationships, we not only enrich our own lives but also build a supportive network that can propel us toward personal and professional growth. Let’s continue to meet, share, and thrive together! 🌐🤝 Thank you Angad Kumar Shukla, Mriganka Das Chirag Shah Debarghya Sengupta Rangeet Chatterjee for making the evening a great experience #Networking #Friendship #EducationJourney #ProfessionalGrowth

When interacting with others and listening to their stories, there are two main approaches one can take. The first approach involves actively seeking to learn and gain insights from each story shared. By being open-minded and receptive, one can extract valuable lessons and perspectives that contribute to personal growth and understanding. On the other hand, there is the approach of simply enjoying the stories for what they are, without necessarily trying to extract lessons or deeper meanings. This can lead to a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, where the focus is on the connection and entertainment value of the stories themselves. Both approaches have their merits. The key is finding a balance that works for you, where you can appreciate the stories shared by others while also being open to learning and growth. By maintaining a sense of curiosity and empathy in your interactions, you can navigate between these two perspectives and enrich your life through the stories of others.

Imagine having someone take your hand and lead you down a path to a beautiful mirror where you get to see your deepest longings — for real. Like the Mirror of Erised, the mirror in the Harry Potter series that reflected back the deepest desires to the individual peering into it. What if you had the opportunity to do that with someone who could hold space for you to be brave enough to look AND see the Truth of who you really are? Wouldn’t that be exciting!?! Immersion — Nourishing Your Self and Your Inner Quintessential is exactly that. It IS the mirror you’ve been searching and yearning for to reflect magic back to you. And I will be the one to take your hand and lead you down the path. This private, 1:1 opportunity offers: Time set aside by you, for you, to dedicate the elevation of your own inner peace as you become the Seeker of your next step and the bigger picture of your life. My time and ability to hold space and listen between the lines. My ability to hear and see things on your behalf AND bring them back to your conscious awareness. What does this unique offer look like? Over the span of 30 days, we meet twice via zoom, and you'll have me in your back pocket for questions, guidance and encouragement via text (Telegram). The weeks between our live calls, is for integration and action taking. The Immersion experience concludes with an anchor/integration call. The good news? I have two spots open next week: Monday and Tuesday, July 22 and 23, as well as the following week July 30 and 31. Let’s stoke the fires of your vision!

3 Things I Wish Someone Had Told Me Before Coming Abroad for Studies 1) Always Ask Questions Whether it’s about your studies, cultural differences, or day-to-day life, don’t hesitate to seek clarification. Asking questions is the best way to expand your knowledge and make informed decisions. It’s a habit that has helped me immensely in adapting to new environments. 2) Don’t Assume Things Many of us come from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. What’s common for you might be completely new for someone else, and vice versa. It's always better to clarify than assume, this mindset has saved me from so many misunderstandings! 3) Ask for Help! I cannot stress this enough! If you want to grow faster, asking for help is key. I've had so many experiences where just reaching out for support or guidance became a blessing in disguise. Whether it’s from fellow students, professors, or advisors, people are often more than willing to lend a hand. These tips have made a world of difference for me. Hopefully, they can help you on your journey too! Thank you for reading :)
