Good tiiiiimes! Team hangs. 📸 Staying true to who we are and our values has helped us create a company culture we're beyond proud of. It makes coming to work a joy. Did you know that our six core values were developed by our team collective? Pretty cool, huh?! We think that’s one of the reasons why they’re so powerful and not just a bunch of nice words written on a wall. They’re the oxygen in our lungs and the glue that affixes us together. 😉 Last week's team hang saw us living one of our favourite values. It’s to….. 🙌🙌🙌 HAVE A GOOD TIME We like to have fun. Lots of it. We also work hard. And we don't like to compromise one for the other. We enjoy time off when we need it, and we like our business meetings and interviews to feel less like 'work' and more like a chat with a good mate. To us, a day without laughter is a day wasted. It makes tough days easier and good days better. 🙌🙌🙌 When we’re relaxed and having a good time together, we’re in our fixie flow.
