I spent a few hours today with my Regional Directors of Operations self-evaluating ourselves and each other. Lesson #1 - Some of us came prepared and others did not (I was one that did not). Lesson #2 - How honest should you be about your accomplishment and areas of need or improvement? These guys are brutal. If you talk about what you did well, they will say your bragging and if you talk about areas you need to improve on, they all nod their heads (they all did that with me). Lesson #3 - I'm the luckiest guy in the world to be working with this amazing team! All joking aside, we challenge each other and we all four have different styles and approaches but we all four are passionate about our "Culture of Care" and our employees and our residents. That's the recipe for success. Not a one size fits all or top-down management but just a team of people that are passionate about the same thing. Senior Care and Making a difference. #foundationshealthsolutions #cultureofcare #selfevaluation #amazingteam #challengingeachother #havingfun #makingadifference #seniorcare #seniorliving #ltc
That group is trouble! But very good 😁😁
Stacie has always been passionate about taking care of seniors! Great team player! You have a good one.
