"The Product Strategy Stack", a tool you can use to define clear strategy and assess your progress. Companies should think about the relationship between mission, strategy, roadmap, and goals as a stack of distinct concepts: - Company Mission - The world your company sees and the change it wants to bring to that world. - Company Strategy - The logical plan you have to bring your company’s mission into being. - Product Strategy - The logical plan for how the product will drive its part of the company strategy. - Product Roadmap - The sequence of features that implement the Product Strategy. - Product Goals - The quarterly and day-to-day outcomes of the Product Roadmap that measure progress against the Product Strategy. https://lnkd.in/dGnSNMAt

Three EASY ways to reduce friction on your website. (I use all of them) 𝟏. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. I can’t stand cluttered registration pages. We’ve just met, why are you asking all of this? And they also look scary. 99% of the time you only need: ➯ Name. ➯ Email. ➯ Password. ➯ Password confirmation. 𝟐. 𝐓𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. First you need to talk about your product. ↳ Then you can try to sell. Not the other way around. People aren’t buying random things. (Unless they are on Temu) So get familiar with them first. 𝟑. 𝐇𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. I personally hate this one. Even if it is “normal” for the industry. No matter the product, I want to know the price. It is crucial for me to even consider your product. And I also don’t want to be sold on something. P.S. Should I do part 2?
