Do you also have a lunch break alarm that you mostly ignore when you are in the middle of a task? Why don't you start calling it Mental Health Break instead. Focus on what you want to achieve rather than what you do with this break. It is for you to rest and rejuvenate, ready for a more focused PM. Your mental health is important, and a sandwich on your desk will not help it. Think about what actions would relax you the most. And remember to eat as well :)
