👏 Congrats to Corporate Innovation Club - POLIMI Graduate School of Management for the great workshop on #CorporateCulture delivered last week!
We appreciated how the speakers provided the overview on how #Culture connects with #Innovation, and the exchanges with the audience during the aperitif.🥂

✅ Things that resonated with Titogo:
- instill an innovation-supportive culture requires working on several aspects (e.g. organization, processes, procedures, skills, measurement);
- companies must be aware of what's "visibile" against what's deep and more difficult to address (e.g. beliefs, attitude, values);
- openess and acceptance of failure are necessary to move the needle;
🧠 Things we wished to exchange more (if time'd allowed):
- Different approaches according to company size (startups vs corporate), and combining what works best within each of those;
- Shift from theory/models to effective execution;
- Combining top-down guidance with buttom-up agility and creativity;
- Addressing cultural differences when working with external organizations (e.g. open innovation, joint-ventures, M&A);
But loved the event, and looking forward to join future ones. Hopefully next time with some more exchange and use-cases... and if you wish, we are happy to join the other side of the fence 😉
