This seems to focus more on what Trump might do if reelected. Of more immediate concern is what if Biden is deemed incompetent as Commander-in-Chief to issue a legal order particularly in the case of a nuclear incident. There wouldn't be time to sort it out when that occurs if it hasn't already been addressed.

Short answer: No.

There are 700 million surveillance cameras in China as part of a system that engineers have come to call Skynet. This system is even capable of controlling the movement of our eyes. It is integrated with the social credit system where citizens, as involuntary participants, are forced into a game where merely being associated with a person with a low score can devalue your own and impact your freedom, making you almost an involuntary free worker striving to improve your score. What do you think, will the rest of the world follow China's lead in surveillance technology? Could we see such measures adopted in Western countries?
