September Tip: Bidding When it comes to the bidding of a project, the first priority is having an understanding of the work needing to be completed. It does not matter what type of project it may be or if it is for a recurring service to effectively bid the project the scope of work must be comprehensive and used for each bidder. Knowing what is needed to accomplish the end product starts with having a comprehensive scope of work and may also help with possible change orders.
