Reason 4/5 why I chose recruitment … You ‘Get out what you put in’ Being the person I am, it’s only natural for me to put in 110% to everything that I do However working in hospitality, no matter how hard I worked, I still got paid the same amount as someone putting in bare minimum It also meant that I had no motivation to do over time, as 3 extra hours x minimum wage wasn’t exactly life changing In recruitment you can always directly see what you’re putting in and how that will be coming back to you ☑️ Work an extra hour to take a candidate call? - 💰 Opportunity to earn £500-£1500 in commission when you place them ☑️ Put in 110% daily to hit your target? - 🍾 Get taken out all expenses paid to bouje restaurants for doing so ☑️ Be motivated and laser focused to achieve goals? - ✈️ Hit the team target for an all paid for holiday abroad If you’re someone like me who wants to see a direct reward for your hard work and efforts Then drop me a message! I’m working with EXCLUSIVE roles in Manchester interviewing this week. Ps. Here’s a throw back to us our incentive trip last summer in mykonos 📱 07881984671 📧 robyn@maratalent.co.uk
With that work ethic you’d make a fab Tropic Slincare Ambassador (same incentives) with easily attainable targets #sidehustle #samdoestropic
