On European ground taking a foto of the coastline of Africa. Between the Mediterranean & Atlantic Sea. ❤️ I would like to write about inclusion. The other day, I connected friends from Switzerland with friends from Australia, who then met in Saudi Arabia, and discovered they were staying in the same housing estate, just five minutes apart. In total, four different nationalities and three different countries were involved. I love the diversity… & What gives me even more joy and fulfillment is making things easier for people. Big transformations, new paths, simple connections, fresh opportunities—easy and self-responsible. Unique. Together. This is the foundation of TierraTribe, our mentoring and networking platform. The word that defines my world is ♾️inclusion♾️ What else inclusion means to me: ♾️ Seeing the same potential in every person, regardless of their education, gender, origin, upbringing, network, or experience ♾️ Recognizing that everything is connected. We cannot separate work from relationships, or health from family. In connection, things become clear quickly, enabling more effective, long-term transformation ♾️ Understanding that every facet of me is a facet of you, and vice versa. Anything I see in you that I’m doing not at peace with is an opportunity for my own growth ♾️ Realizing that body, soul, and spirit are one and the same. Therefore, everything you do becomes both a spiritual practice and a physical manifestation, at the same time. ♾️ Embracing unity in all its forms—male/female, white/blue collar, junior/senior, conventional medicine/holistic health, cultural unity. Only when we start to see it all as one can we evolve beyond separation. This is why I feel confident to accompany a mom, an entrepreneur, and an employee together in one mentoring room. Inclusion is the foundation And the whole house. The output is what you put in. Today we start the second round of our mentoring room, OHANA - verbinden trauen (connect courageously). “Before OHANA, the relationship with my mum & my daughter was difficult, now we have a better connection again.” I’m curious: what does inclusion mean for you, comment or grab a coffee ☕️ ? TierraTribe 🌊- We love to connect you

𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 South Africa, a rich palette of cultures, languages, and traditions. Within our borders resides a fascinating mix of citizens, each contributing their unique hues to the national portrait. From the rhythmic beats of Zulu songs to the spicy aromas of Cape Malay cuisine, our diversity is both our strength and our challenge. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻: Just as a lighthouse guides ships through stormy seas, inclusion illuminates our workplaces. When we embrace diversity, we signal that every voice matters—a beacon of trust and acceptance. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗰: South Africa is both a melting pot and a mosaic. While an overarching South African culture binds us together, we honor the hybrid mixtures—the vibrant threads woven by generations. Imagine a tapestry where Xhosa proverbs blend seamlessly with Afrikaans idioms, creating a richer whole. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗺: Our offices, factories, and boardrooms mirror our nation. Here, we encounter colleagues from diverse backgrounds—each with their own stories, struggles, and triumphs. It’s within these walls that we learn to navigate cultural currents, bridging gaps with empathy. #DEI #Inclusion #Leadership

What makes you different amongst other Africans? Your culture! What makes you unique in foreign countries? Your culture! It can be seen in your names, your attire. You represent your culture in diverse ways.Sadly, the Gen-Z's and future generations have little or no knowledge of their heritage because we no longer take pride in it as it was afore years. It is time we wake up! Our Cultural Heritage can only be a treasure to the world when we take pride it. Come one, come all. Support this movement to promote our indigenous knowledge.#KeepIndigenousKnowledgeAlive#IamsettochangeAfricaforourfuturegenerations#OneMillionLeadersAfrica#MinistryofArtsandCulture#Leadership#Sustainability#IamanOMLAchampion

In a world of diverse cultures, we find the true beauty of humanity. Each culture, with its unique traditions, languages, and perspectives, adds a vibrant thread to the rich tapestry of our global community. By embracing this diversity, we open our hearts and minds to endless possibilities and profound connections. Imagine a world where every person’s story is valued, where the exchange of ideas transcends borders, and where our differences become the foundation for unity rather than division. In such a world, we recognize that our varied backgrounds and experiences are not obstacles but the very sources of our strength and innovation. When we come together as one global family, celebrating our cultural differences, we create a powerful force for positive change. We foster an environment of mutual respect and understanding, where collaboration leads to solutions that benefit all of humanity. By appreciating the rich mosaic of our world, we learn that despite our differences, we share common dreams and aspirations for peace, prosperity, and a better future for generations to come. #humansright #globalgrowth #SDGs

In our interconnected world, cultural intelligence is invaluable. Actively seek out experiences that expose you to different cultures. Attend cultural festivals, try cuisines from around the world, learn about different religions and traditions. If possible, live or work abroad for a period. Engage with people from diverse backgrounds and listen to their stories with an open mind. This exposure will not only make you more interesting but also more empathetic and adaptable. You'll develop a nuanced understanding of global issues and human experiences. Remember, embracing diversity isn't about tokenism, but about genuine appreciation and respect for different ways of life. #CulturalDiversity #GlobalMindset #Multiculturalism #WorldCitizen #CulturalIntelligence

Was traveling yesterday so putting this up one day late 🌏 Unleash the Power of Cultural Diversity: A Call to Action for Social Impact May 21 was the #WorldDayforCulturalDiversity for Dialogue and Development from UNESCO As Social Impacters here are some things we try to do PCDN.Global and would be great to hear your insights Challenge the Status Quo: Break free from cookie-cutter approaches and design programs that resonate fit communities. Put people at the center and get out of the way: Create platforms where diverse perspectives actively shape decision-making processes. Be Humble: Equip ourselves and our teams with the knowledge and skills to navigate cultural nuances, ask questions and get things wrong and learn. Forge Unlikely Alliances: Break down silos and build bridges across cultures, fostering collaboration that transcends borders and biases. Curiousity: Enough said. No one person, org or sector has all the answers. Let's dive more into the questions. It is a challenging time in the world and there is a huge backlash in many countries around challenging power, unfair structures and getting out of the way. What are your tips and favorite orgs?
