3moThe Heavy and Highway Construction Industry would not be what it is today without Bill’s leadership and vision. The quality of the Health and Pension Benefits that Laborers receive today would not have been possible without Bill’s leadership as he was a trustee on those funds for many years. His leadership has bettered so many people’s lives. On behalf of the Wisconsin Laborers our sincere condolences.
