I couldn't agree more!  - It's essential to bridge the gap between words and actions (James 1 v 22) when it comes to working with people with disabilities and organizations.  - Talk is important for raising awareness and starting conversations, but the real impact lies in developing tangible solutions that address their specific needs. - By actively collaborating with these individuals and organizations, we can gain valuable insights into their challenges and aspirations. - This understanding allows us to develop inclusive policies, design accessible products, and create meaningful programs that truly make a difference in their lives.  - It's about empowering and enabling them to thrive in every aspect of life, whether it's education, health, employment, or social inclusion. - Together, we can create a more equitable and accessible world for everyone. #disabilityinclusion #actionandnottalkonly

As we kick off October, let's recognize National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Advocating for inclusivity and respect for all individuals is crucial. Positive dialogue begins with awareness, sharing personal stories, and supporting organizations uplifting voices in the disability community. Holding leaders accountable for their words and actions is key to fostering respect. Recent rhetoric from Trump targeting people with disabilities is concerning. No pushback from other elected Republicans. How can awareness combat pure hatred when followers are incited to hate? This undermines efforts to reduce unemployment and lift individuals with disabilities out of poverty, highlighting the real impact of politics. #Disability #OurAbility #Politics
