Rocket City HR is excited to welcome Jennifer Durham to our team! Jennifer brings more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Jennifer has experience with new employee orientation and onboarding and full-cycle recruitment of clinical, non-clinical, enterprise, I.T., and managerial positions. Jennifer's project experience includes developing and implementing the organization’s applicant tracking system; integrating recruitment functions to support the acquisition of six new hospitals; facilitating organization review of position requests; and conducting various trainings with operational leaders on hiring practices and tools. 🌟 On August 20, we had our 3rd quarter Rocket City HR team bonding! We celebrated Samantha Brinkley and Alicia Shelley’s July birthdays at Rosie’s! Following the celebration, we attended the Van Gogh Exhibit: The Immersive Experience, further enhancing our team camaraderie.

On August 12, Rocket City HR Consulting donated office supplies and furniture to Free 2 Teach! 📚️ **Free 2 Teach provides free resources to teachers in Madison County’s three public school systems. These resources are available to more than 3,800 full-time classroom teachers and school staff and their 53,000 students, improving our children's educational experience and strengthening our community’s future workforce.**
