I'm very fortunate to have one of the best jobs (leading our innovation program) at the BEST company, Rocket Companies! In 2019 we launched HackWeek to level up our collaborative innovation efforts across Rocket, and today we concluded our 21st (!) event. With team members across teams and companies working together, we saw projects focused on driving our mission to Help Everyone Home. Generative AI continued to be the foundation of so many of the 250+ experiments this time out! Most exciting for me, was the return of our in-person Show & Tell for the first time since 2020. This event itself, is a vibe...and the energy it creates between the attendees and presenters is incredible. It warms my heart to see our teams engaged with one another, showing true curiosity and care for the work done throughout the week, and learning from each others stories. We also had some awesome learnings with teams from Slack and AWS. Innovation is EVERYWHERE at Rocket Companies, you should be a part of it!
