So great to see Ziff-Davis and CNet come together - it's been a long time coming.   But what (or who) should they buy next?   I was at ZD when Softbank spun ZDNet off to CNet and sold the brands and magazine group to private equity back in 2000, and this feels like a homecoming.   Congrats to Mark Larkin, Vivek Shah and everyone there focused on analyzing, interpreting and explaining tech to buyers and enthusiasts.   But if you want to build a tech media brand for the next 20 years, it's time to move beyond old media and into the world of creators.   My advice? Last Monday our SPEEDRUN002 founders presented to >400 investors. They were there to see the amazing progress made in ~10 weeks.
