We are excited to welcome more homeowners into the Rocket family! Rocket Mortgage today announced an agreement to manage a portion of the mortgages held by Annaly Capital Management. We will begin working with these homeowners as early as December and are looking forward to providing our award-winning servicing experience to them. See more details in the press release:

We are easing the transition to homeownership with “Welcome Home RateBreak,” a lender-paid 2-1 temporary buydown only available from Rocket Mortgage. This promotion, intended specifically for low to moderate income homebuyers, reduces the monthly mortgage payment to what their payment would be if their interest rate was two percentage points lower during the first year and one percentage point lower the second year after buying their home – and it’s paid for by Rocket Mortgage.
