Responsibilities: Cloud Services Management: - Hands-on experience with AWS Portal and Microsoft Azure Portal. - Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing services like Azure Compute and AWS S3, Azure Storage Accounts, and Databases for clients through deep Proof of Concept (POC) exercises, enabling the implementation of scalable architectures for their applications. Infrastructure Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying and maintaining infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Networking Services. Region Tenant Management: Experience in managing an AWS and Azure region tenant, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to best practices. AWS Native Services Management: Proficient in managing AWS native services such as IAM Policy, Cost Management, and Windows Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations. Security and Compliance Strategy: Developed and implemented strategies for establishing secure and well-managed enterprise environments in AWS and Azure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Identity and Access Management (IAM): Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Configuration Management strategies, ensuring secure and controlled access to cloud resources. Monitoring Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring strategy for AWS infrastructure, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues. Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) Management: Configure and manage Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) across AWS Mentorship and Quality Assurance: Mentor new colleagues to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective handling of cases, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
