CCTT member Rodrigo A. Sierra, CCO and SVP of American Medical Association, and his team recently had a case study published in the Journal of Contingencies and Crisis Management. This case study, titled “The art and science of de-weaponizing disinformation for the public good,” discussed how to best manage disinformation in the wake of the pandemic and how to effectively and ethically communicate with the public.
