Read on to learn more about Joe: 👏🎉 🚚 How long have you been with Bay & Bay? • I’ve been with Bay & Bay Since January 2021, so over 3 years. 🚚 What drew you to the transportation industry? • The fast paced environment that keeps me engaged in my work all-day. It can be stressful at times, but I’ve learned I operate well on a time crunch. 🚚 What position did you start in, and how did that help you to get to where you are now? • I started out as a CSA. I was promoted to CSA2, and then to CSR two years ago. My time as a CSA helped me learn the basics, which I’ve been able to build on as a CSR. I had great managers when I started, and I learned a lot shadowing more experienced team members. 🚚 What do you enjoy most about Bay & Bay? • The company culture. 🚚 What do you like to do outside of work? • Golf, working out, hanging with friends, and video games.
