💥 Working principle of stamping die 💥 The working principle of the stamping die is mainly to apply pressure to the material through a press at room temperature to cause separation or plastic deformation, thereby obtaining the required parts. 🚀 🛰 The specific process is as follows: 💚 💛 1. Pressing and feeding. Material is fed into the mold, usually through action between an upper and lower mold. 💚 💛2. Positioning. The material is precisely positioned in the mold to ensure stamping accuracy. 💚 💛3. Suppression. A male mold is used to apply pressure to the material, causing it to enter the female mold cavity and produce the desired shape or size change. 💚 💛4. Discharge materials.
