Studious person person is. Individual that has been. Telephone. Others as well, and this individual. On. Both in the make. That has been paid. This will also with myself. They've opened up a lot. And a mentor and a big metric position, especially since we're just all thrown into the Bush. It's an opportunity to really help each other with it because this is special shout out. This is a very special show. Waiting and waiting and waiting for the right time to figure out what was perfect for them to be promoted because they've already got finished their qualifications early on. It's kind of the opposite to what we see in individuals to where it's just a little bit of skill sets, maybe even discipline that will endure this person from growing on rather than abilities, if that even makes sense. Yes, she does what's needed to she, isn't she? Paper and now it's just more so developing those leadership qualities and also self development through this individual has gone through trenches inside and outside of work yet so it comes in every single day wanting to not only help themselves but definitely. You. Haley. I don't know what to say. OK, I honestly wasn't expecting this. I mean, I was waiting for it, not I was waiting for it. But at the same time, I don't know. I was just. Macaulay and I just had a talk yesterday, like, OK, at the end of this week, we'll see about you getting pregnant. So I was like, OK, end of this week, was not expecting today. But thank you all so much. I truly believe that I couldn't have done it without literally this whole team supporting me, especially the leaders. We appreciate you all for being so supportive on and off the field. Yeah, I hope I can make you guys proud. Came in and everybody comes in like self doubting, like if they can do it. What is one piece of advice that you would give to that until it was out here that kind of feel the same? Honestly, I'd say yeah, of course, listen to your leaders, but build that confidence with them too. Like really building like a personal relationship with them helps a lot. They know how to help you and guide you, and they can only help you and guide you so much. Once you start really opening up to them and being able to show who you are, they can help you build yourself. So yeah, use your resources. Now, Miss Hayden, that was the real work starts. So now Miss Haley actually gets to like start recruiting and starts the interviewing process and start the training and you guys think she should take her foot off again? No. Control the. No. But. Well, enough. Cool, not too much. But you know this business. When one person grows, another person grows. So now this actually puts 3. Sorry. So now she's back in the qualification? Yeah. Qualified to stay back a one day in office to an orientation to learn.
