A useful set of indicators to observe and analyze market dynamics

Our 5th EV-Charging Index has just been published. Link for download is available below. While the industry is facing significant headwinds, China could confirmed its leading position. And Switzerland has further developed its position against the global peer group. Driven by governmental and cantonal ambitions, the public charging network has significantly expanded (+34%) - especially in the holiday regions like Grisons and along the North-South transit axis between Germany and Italy. Growth of private charging infrastructure was even stronger (+72%) driven by an increasing share of upper and premium range EV cars popular in Switzerland. Their is a need for improvement in the ratio between AC and DC chargers to keep pace with the increasing demand for fast charging. #Rolandberger #EVcharging
