There is perhaps no more important mission in the gas markets than to expose young people to the nature and importance of energy security, natural gas' critical role in carbon emissions reduction, support for America's Allies around the globe for energy access, use of a native US resource to support a manufacturing renaissance here in the US...the list goes on. One of the most eye-opening takeaways was discovering that the top 3 skills expected for 2025—complex problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking, and creativity—are even more essential than emerging trends like AI and big data (though these remain important). This sparked great discussions about thinking processes, from cause-effect analysis to systematic approaches, and how critical thinking can truly reshape the way we tackle challenges. 💡 What do you think are the top skills we should focus on developing for the future?
