Flawless Planning is a methodology we need. Following is a byte of knowledge I love. Who hasn't suffered through planning meetings based on the organizer's assumptions? "The radical principle in flawless planning is that we operate from zero assumptions." (Me) It is a radical principle because it is common sense and if we impose our assumptions during the planning process it isn't planning, it is conjecture.
