I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of our extraordinary journey at Paragon Properties. It's been a little quiet on my end on LinkedIn for the first few months of 2024, but rest assured, it's been far from quiet behind the scenes.
In fact, these past months have been a whirlwind of activity as we've been tirelessly working towards our vision of growth and success. From expanding our team and footprint to navigating new ventures, every day has been filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.
I am incredibly proud of the progress we've made. From our humble beginnings with just two people in a small 400 sqft office to now being a dynamic group of four companies with our HQ based in Dubai taking on a full floor of 6500 sqft, as well as our first franchise office based on Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, it's been an incredible journey of evolution and growth from where we have come from to where we are today, all without any investors or capital injections, working solely on company income.
But we're not stopping there. In fact, we're gearing up for an even more exciting chapter ahead. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and staying ahead of the curve, we'll be undergoing a full branding and digital revamp.
This revamp isn't just about a fresh coat of paint. It's about redefining who we are, what we stand for, and how we communicate that to the world. From our website to our social media presence and marketing strategies, every aspect of our brand will be meticulously crafted to reflect our values, vision, and commitment to excellence.
To our incredible team, I want to say thank you for your unwavering dedication and hard work. It's your passion and commitment that drive us forward and make all of this possible.
As we embark on this new chapter together, I am filled with optimism for what lies ahead. Together, I know that we will continue to push boundaries, break barriers, and achieve even greater heights of success.
So here's to our journey, our growth, and the exciting road ahead. Thank you for being part of this incredible adventure. Onward and upward, together! 🚀 #ParagonProperties#Gratitude#TeamWork#FutureSuccess#BrandingRevamp#digitaltransformation

Last but by no means least, here is the 3rd interview with Ashish Gandham Managing Director Global Travel Retail at Suntory Global Spirits
Reflective, transparent and highly articulate as always, it’s another wide-ranging conversation with Ashish who shares numerous valuable insights on an industry, product and consumer level.
Key highlights include:
* The growth of agave spirits – are they more than just a micro trend?
* Why the end of the UK distribution agreement with Edrington will be beneficial.
* Just how agile is the company? A challenging question answered with Ashish’s trademark openness. He underlines the corporate philosophy of ‘continuous improvement’ for every interaction both internally and externally. A high priority is creating meaningful touchpoints with the travelling consumer pre travel and continuing the ‘conversation’ post purchase by leveraging the power of digital alongside memorable activations.
* So what are Ashish’s stand-out brand activations this year? He shares his personal highlights which align with their GTR agenda and sets the scene about what lies ahead for Cannes. Watch out for exciting innovations from Bowmore and Laphroaig.
* On the topic of social sustainability, Ashish gives us a unique deep-dive into the importance of the company’s ‘Proof Positive’ agenda and the values it upholds.
In traditional style, Peter Marshall requests his 3 final messages for the GTR community to wrap up their last exchange.

THE ASHISH GANDHAM INTERVIEW PART 3. This is the last of our interview trilogy with Ashish Gandham, Managing Director Global Travel Retail, Suntory Global Spirits. Have we saved the best till last? You decide, but for me the three interviews as a whole will resonate deeply with the business community - not just because of the brand communication, but also because Ashish has strong opinions on the direction the industry needs to take, notably how brand building will evolve. That it has to change in Travel Retail.
So what do we feature this time on TRunblocked.com? Well, we start with looking at the potential of agave spirits in Travel Retail. We then move onto discussing life after Edrington for Suntory Global Spirits' UK distribution. Ashish provides very clear reasons as to why this is a positive for the company from both a business and consumer perspective.
He then answers the question whether the business is agile enough to deal with increasingly discerning passengers and with rapidly changing geographical shifts in product preferences. Again, his answers are refreshingly transparent.
What are his views on Suntory Global Spirits' standout activations over the last 12 months? His response to this is fascinating because it provides a clear understanding of where the business is heading and what its key expectations and hopes are when it comes to future activations.
And what can we expect to see from Suntory Global Spirits in Cannes later this year? Watch this space for news on Bowmore and Laphroaig.
At the end of the interview we talk about the significance of social sustainability and the focus of the Travel Retail team. And, of course, to sign off, this is followed by the three things Ashish wants to communicate to the trade.
It really is another thoroughly engrossing video interview.

A positive working environment can be defined as one of trust and cooperation and safety, risk support, accountability and equity, in order to provide a positive working environment there must be a system of values and common goals embraced by all workers in the place, For example, when relationships in an enterprise are based on trust s opinion ", no staff member would be afraid to express his or her opinion openly. When this value comes together with safety and fairness, every staff member will feel comfortable choosing the way of working that suits him or her.
In order to provide a positive working environment as well, the concept of cooperation must be strengthened, so that it operates ...
