Don't be afraid to get personal. It can really be helpful to share things that you struggle with as an attorney. More often than not, I have found that other attorneys have often faced similar challenges. While challenges can be universal, so can compassion. In sharing things that I found challenging, I was able to build a community and connections outside my practice area and learn so much about processes (especially with marketing).

Communicate often. Especially when something is bothering or upsetting you. Don't make it confrontational, but get it out in the open.
