𝟑𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐧 ☀️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐭? I celebrated my 30th birthday on Saturday and on reflection I have been thinking about what my biggest lessons have been so far in life and I wanted to share them with you. I’ve narrowed it down to 3: 1. Enjoy the passage of time - We’re always so busy and trying to race through life to get to the next stage, take a step back and enjoy it, all of it. It passes by at a rate of knots and if we don’t enjoy it what has it all been for? 2. Build a good support network - Have a network of people around you that build you up, not pull you down. They’ll give you genuine advice and not tell you what you want to hear. Ultimately they support you and your goals just as you do theirs and celebrate your wins with as much delight for you as you have for yourself. 3. Continue setting yourself goals and targets in all aspects of your life - Keep striving for more, don’t settle for anything less than what you think you are capable of. Always have something to work towards and keep the mind and body active. You only get one go around, make the most of it! These are but a few of life’s endless lessons that I thought I’d share! Live your life, enjoy it, make memories! Here’s to another 30!

As I celebrate my 24th birthday today, I want to share the 24 life lessons I have learned along the way: 1. Create your own meaning in life. 2. Respect the uniqueness of each individual’s experiences. 3. Don’t force relationships that aren’t right. 4. Don’t be rigid and seek multiple perspectives. 5. Remember that everyone is human, with their own joys and struggles. 6. Always help others to make a lasting impression. 7. Present yourself well, as opportunities can arise unexpectedly. 8. Set deadlines to achieve your goals. 9. Treat others how you want to be treated. 10. Define your own standards of beauty. 11. Accept and manage fear to move forward. 12. Sometimes, just “being” is enough. 13. Seek guidance from nature’s balance. 14. Easy jobs may lack fulfillment. 15. Use non-verbal cues to avoid collisions. 16. Take action to pursue your dreams. 17. Recognize that everyone has insecurities. 18. Understand that rudeness often stems from personal issues. 19. Material possessions are replaceable; don’t dwell on their loss. 20. Confidence is key to avoiding embarrassment. 21. Prioritize your time based on what truly matters. 22. Don’t let pride hinder resolution. 23. Express gratitude and appreciation frequently. 24. This is 44! Today is my 44th birthday! As this goes - here are some things I have learned in my four+ decades of life. - Life throws good and bad stuff at us. It’s how we react to them and the takeaways that matter. - Family is EVERYTHING! My husband/business partner and my kids are my world. Spending time with them is what energises, balances and fulfils me. - Go big or go home - as they say. Taking risks in life and business is what has lead me to amazing opportunities, people and places. Dare to do things you’re uncomfortable with and you will grow. 💀 Death is my motivation. I have A LOT of cancer in my family. Meaning - I don’t have time for “later”. Taking action and doing the things I want to do, go to places I/my family wants to go to, start projects and businesses - do things NOW - No regrets. - Honesty, respect and integrity brings ease to my life. I want to sleep good when people know my intentions were coming from the right place. - Being real, myself, bringing the energy, showing my personality has lead me to some amazing connections and conversations with likeminded humans. When people are truly themselves, the connections are on a different level. - The gut feeling is never wrong. Learning to fully trust and follow it has helped me stay away from shady partnerships and situations. - Lean in on curiosity - learned to follow the curiosity instinct a bit late in life. Now it’s part of the “process” and an indicator to follow for new opportunities and personal growth. Excited to celebrate another year around the sun 👏 😃.

When I worked for a famous entrepreneur, many clamored to gain internships with him. 🥳🎉 Happy 45th birthday to me! 🌟✨ As I celebrate this milestone, I want to share some tips for embracing the journey of getting older with grace and excitement: 1️⃣ Surround yourself with loved ones: Celebrate with loved ones who support you, who are aligned with you & who thrive for healing, development & growth! Cherish these connections and create lasting memories. If you circle is small, always showered yourself with love, compassion & feed your self worth, while God/Universe aligns those that are meant to be on your journey with you. 2️⃣ Keep learning, keep shifting, keep growing! Explore new interests, acquire new skills, and never stop healing! Age is just a number, time passes, and there's so much out there to discover and enjoy. Heal for YOU, heal for your kids, heal for the life you are destined for. 3️⃣ Stay positive: Your attitude can make all the difference. Embrace the wisdom and experience that come with age, and approach life with a positive mindset. While we cannot control what others do, we can control how we respond or how we release it. Knowing KARMA is a magically thing, that serves back what we feed it! 4️⃣ Strive towards your life purpose: Set new goals, challenge yourself, and continuously work towards discovering your life purpose. Find out what fuels your soul, and do more or that! You are a gift and the world needs your gifts and talents. I'm excited for what this new chapter holds and look forward to an incredible year ahead filled with joy, success, and happiness! 🎂🌈✨

Those who were alive and kidnapped on 7th of October became the most important priority on October 8th...as their immediate release would have changed everything. What a pity that pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, Pro-Palestinans (just names but for the hostages amounting to the same thing) rejoiced at October 7th or blamed Israel for every problem under the sun but never once demanded that Hamas release the hostages. What a pity that anti-Semites or anti-cognitive reasoning-ites (as they say they are not anti-Semites so let's believe them for argument's sake) in their ludicrous frenzy to destroy Israel, instead of being human and demanding the release of a couple of hundred innocent hostages, only managed to invite a war that has caused so much suffering...and that puts the entire Middle East at risk. Worse, even if those same warped people really thought in their little brains that Israel was genocidal, then what idiot would give them 240 reasons to come to their house. What irresponsible buffoon would keep hostages knowing that Israel will never give them up? And if the gamble was that Israel would not try to get their people back, then these cowards gambled with the lives of innocent Gazans. Many are professionals. I hope they don't gamble with your money or investments the same way. And yet there are still perverted people who want to leave Hamas in charge and they don't even bother to call for the rapists and murderers and organizers of October 7th to be handed over. Go figure. What an utter waste of innocent Israeli and Gazan lives courtesy of Hamas, Iran and the pro-Boneheads who could have prevented so many innocent Gazan deaths if they just said: BRING THEM HOME NOW
