At Peakstone Global we don’t offer Board recruitment because we always want to avoid potential conflicts of interest when delivering our many services, especially director skills and behavioural assessments. I’ve done some thinking on this and believe there are 5 Cs in appointing the right individual to a Board. No prizes if you guessed Capability was the first C.
