What an inspiring afternoon! Not only did we celebrate innovation, but we also had a powerful moment with Christiane Kilian from STIFT Thüringen. She delivered a thought-provoking speech on why we MUST keep pushing for innovation, stand by our values even as political climates shift—especially with the rise of far-right influences in recent regional elections in Germany. 💭 Reflecting on the first ever independent People Mobility Alliance event… What a whirlwind of a day! The International HR Tech Conference brought together so many bright minds in our industry - let’s just say I am EXCITED for the future of people tech! I am still collecting my thoughts from this amazing day, but here are some standout moments to start: 🔷 There was lots of discussion around AI and other tech tools. Yes, there is a lot of excitement and adoption, but there is also still scepticism and challenges, particularly around compliance. It was great for us to have so many open and honest conversations about what is working and what isn’t. 🔷 The panels were a real highlight for me. We really got to understand how organisations are implementing tech and the opportunities they see coming up - it was great to hear these things being addressed head on! 🔷 One of the best feelings was walking around and hearing snippets of conversations. The best thing? We weren’t just moaning about the problems and challenges our companies are facing - we brainstormed solutions! A real growth mindset and true advocates of #MissionPossible! 💪 🔷 And finally, the networking game was strong in everyone today! Not only were ideas shared, but business cards and contact details too - I see lots of collaboration in the future! 😍 I want to take a moment to personally thank James Parsons, all our sponsors, partners and speakers for today’s AMAZING event!
