Great initiative Roshan .. practical skills are vital to groom the students as future F&B professionals. A great challenge many F&B professionals face is selling wine and how to bring about a conversation around wine whilst taking an order. Would suggest you also guide students to use phraseology and the art of selling wine. Best wishes Jacob Alexander
