This role requires: -Good planning. -Effective implementation to ensure the safety of everyone and the protection of sensitive property and information We will highlight some key aspects of the security role in this context Planning and coordination / The role of facility security begins before the arrival of visitors or delegations through planning and coordination with the relevant parties inside and outside the facility. This includes providing the necessary information to the relevant authorities about the visit schedule and the required security arrangements. Visitors reception : The role of facility security includes receiving visitors in a courteous and professional manner, which includes directing them to designated areas and providing assistance in case of need. Their identity and purpose of visit are confirmed through appropriate security screening procedures. Securing delegations and VIPs: The facility's security secures delegations and important persons by various means, including providing individual protection when needed. Strict screening and monitoring procedures are implemented to ensure that there are no security threats. The role of facility security depends largely on effective communication and cooperation with external security agencies such as the police and other security agencies to exchange information and ensure Emergency coordination.
