What We're Searching for: Hood Container Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader and change agent to join our team as a Plant Manager in our Chicago Packaging Solutions plant. You will have a high-impact, critical role within the business supporting hourly & salaried employees with the plant supervisors reporting to you. You will lead day-to-day operations of the plant and the team will look to you for technical guidance and alignment of operational plans to meet short- and long-term goals for safety, quality, production & ultimately our customers.
