Sigma Lithium Corp. (Nasdaq:SGML) (TSX-V:SGML, NASDAQ:SGML) has announced a significant milestone in its commercial strategy, securing an enhanced premium fixed price for its latest #lithium shipment. The company has achieved a final premium price of US$1,333 per tonne (13% VAT included), translating to US$1,160 per tonne (net of VAT) for its eighth shipment comprising 22,000 tonnes. The shipment is currently en route to the company's EXW warehouse at the Port of Vitoria in Brazil, Sigma said in a statement. (Nasdaq:SGML) announces the loading of its ninth shipment, totaling 22,000 tonnes of its high purity Quintuple Zero Green lump lithium concentrate ("Quintuple Zero Green Lithium"), at the Port of Vitoria. Sigma Lithium joins Albemarle and Pilbara Minerals, and sells spodumene concentrate at a premium to spot prices. There's a wide held belief in the market that China, the largest importer, is artificially suppressing prices in an effort to buy overseas lithium assets on the cheap. They used this strategy in the early 2000s with iron ore before the market was more transparent similar to how it is now for spodumene. #thelastquantfund

The cyclicity normally seen in commodities is at its extreme with lithium given its immaturity as a market. E3 Lithium is taking this time to design and be ready for the uptick, being pre-revenue means only our share price is impacted by the down cycle. Without the need to raise capital, there is no need to solidify at this price. We will weather the storm and come out swinging. Keep in mind that those without funds aren't advancing projects or switching off lithium entirely, meaning the future supply crunch only gets deeper the longer this persists.
