Today I've been absorbing this resource from the AITSL. When running a small school, sometimes the concept of developing leaders can get lost in the energy of the day-to-day. However, developing leadership can make that energy more steady over time, and that's good for everybody. There's a lot to absorb here, but take a look at the recommendations. Thoughtfully developing and implementing one tool, or framework, can both help you nurture and grow your teams capabilities, while providing a sense of direction and achievement for your leaders by giving them clear goals to be working towards within your school.
