Debunking the Manufacturing Myth... 🤥 We are often told that one of the narratives used by our (pesky) competitors to convince clients, specifiers and applicators to opt for their products over Vebro branded material is one of discrediting our status as a manufacturer... what the actual forklift truck??? 🤯 While it may be true that when we started our Vebro venture back in 2020, our Day One focus was sales, marketing and the value-add that we can give back to our applicator partners such as lead generation, specification and technical support accumulated though our combined experience in the global industry, we've come a long way since then! In 2021, we purchased a 35-year old manufacturing business with an extensive formulation book specialising in seamless polymer floor coating, self-levelling, priming, binding and sealing materials. From that springboard we have made a sizeable investment into our Research and Development, bringing on board two of the most revered polymer flooring chemists in the industry, Grant Adamson and Eden Leonard; who working as a dream team over two continents have driven a number of formulatory improvements to our existing portfolio of products as well as pioneered the development of new materials (watch this space!). We are an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer operating from Europe's largest industrial park - and have recently appointed a Head of Operations, Lee Hardy, who has decades of experience manufacturing building materials for a blue-chip global brand operating 24/7 to lead our production, dressing and despatch processes as we continue to expand across the UK domestic and growing export markets. While we still see ourselves first and foremost as a designer of seamless, multi-layer, polymer-based flooring solutions rather than just a fulfilment-driven material supplier, Vebro has grown way beyond our expectations over the last three years, and we are proud to share that we manufacture over two thirds of all material sold from our base in Trafford Park and design 100% of the systems we promote! We're now proud to be part of the Made in Britain - official manufacturing community. This is a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to supporting British manufacturers under a single, registered collective mark.
