𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗻 | 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗞𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 "For the successful development of new plant-based proteins, transitions are needed both in the field and within the chain.” Paulus Kosters is Technical Director of Cosun Protein. In this role, he works on the development of plant-based proteins within the Fascinating innovation programme in the Dutch Province of Groningen. Specifically on the extraction and processing steps that happen within a factory. Fascinating is a collaboration between Cosun, Royal Agrifirm Group, Royal Avebe, FrieslandCampina, LTO Noord and the Provincie Groningen to develop profitable, large-scale and sustainable protein production within the province. “Together with our partners, we are exploring ways to use technology to arrive at a profitable business model for extracting new plant-based proteins from different crops” Read more about Paulus’ role within the project here: https://ow.ly/lb6e50QvoIN #PlantBasedInnovation #plantbased #proteintransition #cosun
