Have you met James? James Moran started his journey with RPM Hire as a driver, recently he has been working as a consultant, assisting different sectors of the organisation. One of his projects involved collaborating with the marketing team, where he played a key role in crafting our employee stories. We caught up with James to hear about his experience at RPM so far. Q: What have you learned/improved recently? A: I would say my people skills have improved and my ability to implement feedback into my current work. Q: What do you enjoy the most about your current role? A: The people that I get to interact with and the unique tasks I get to be a part of.
