RPM announced today that Edward W. Moore, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of RPM International Inc., will retire by the end of 2024. Ed has been an invaluable leader, guiding RPM with integrity and dedication. We extend our gratitude for his contributions. Tracy D. Crandall is stepping into the role of General Counsel, effective today, and Ed will continue as corporate counsel until his retirement. RPM declares quarterly cash dividend of $0.51 per share, payable October 31, 2024, to stockholders of record as of October 18, 2024. This represents an 10.9% increase compared to the dividend paid last year and 51st consecutive year the company has increased its cash dividend. https://lnkd.in/gE6MyYXe

RPM's fiscal 2025 2nd-quarter outlook anticipates sales to be approximately flat and adjusted EBIT to be up mid-single-digits.  Full fiscal year 2025 outlook remains unchanged with sales up low-single-digits and adjusted EBIT up mid-single-digits to low-double-digits.

RPM announces 11th consecutive quarter of record adjusted EBIT. Fiscal 2025 first-quarter sales declined 2.1% to $1.97 bb, net income +13.2% to a record $227.7 mm and adjusted EBIT +6.3% to a record $328.3 mm. For more information, please visit: https://lnkd.in/gbjuepHe
