Looking for Graphic Designer !!! Job Description We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases a passion for illustrative design and typography. The ideal candidate will have experience across various design platforms, both digital and print. Responsibilities Design user-friendly interfaces for RSP Science Hub’s websites and digital platforms. Create visually appealing materials for brochures and emails that align with our brand identity. Enhance user experiences by optimizing navigation and engagement pathways. Conduct user testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accessible design across all platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong leadership skills demonstrated through involvement in initiatives such as NSS, NCC, student chapters, or department associations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus. At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience with a robust portfolio, ideally focusing on branding, digital marketing, or academic projects. Strong understanding of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout, with the ability to convey complex concepts through visual storytelling. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all designs. Ability to work effectively within a team, manage feedback, and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with academic design and digital marketing content, with a commitment to staying updated on design trends.
