Antonio comes from an extensive professional services background with a decade of experience. Prior to RTD, Antonio led the management of multi-million dollar budgets, spearheaded the development of financial data consolidation systems, implemented internal controls, leveraged technology to transform traditional processes, and drove innovation and efficiency efforts. As Director of RTD Strategic (our staff augmented consulting arm), Antonio will be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and deploying personnel to our clients' strategic initiatives, and manage our career-consultant base. However, they may lack breadth in their skill set, indicated by the narrowness of the "V". While they excel in their specialized area, they may struggle to collaborate across different disciplines or adapt to tasks outside their expertise. These employees are valuable for their deep expertise but may need support or collaboration when working on projects that require a broader skill set. In summary, T-shaped employees possess both depth and breadth in their skills, making them versatile and adaptable collaborators. V-shaped employees, on the other hand, have deep expertise in one area but may require additional support to work effectively across diverse tasks or projects.
