OCTOBER. Thank goodness. Anyone else comin' up for air! September truly was a test of all ability for me. I had a high-energy Annual Planning in beautiful Texas, got back on the plane to TX to speak at a conference for 100+ women, and completed a 4 day-intensive Kolbe Certification. Reflecting, I wouldn't have said no to a think, BIG development month for me as a person and professional. But snuck right there in the middle was this beautiful space of calm, laughter, learning and self care. The team at CATALYST Integrators® put on another incredible annual retreat for us Integrators that truly does fuel us physically, mentally and right in the soul. This group pushes me as a leader and I learn from this team every single time I'm in their space. They get it. They understand how to "manage human energy", pour into people, and honestly, they throw a pretty mean party. One of my personal values is to "Create Space" and what I learn the most from this beautiful V/I duo (Jamie Munoz Alex Hayes) is how to do this REALLY well. 📓 Create Space to Learn From Eacother. - They created an intentional agenda that let each of us shine. We showcased our strengths, and in turn, learned from the cool things others were doing. 🔗 Create Space for Connection. - Everything—from the planned itinerary to the accommodations—was about connection. The activities, the meals, and even the down time were chosen to bring us together, building bonds not just as peers, but as humans. 👩🔧 Create Space to celebrate the whole person. - We were encouraged to bring our whole selves into every conversation. Whether it was goal-setting or learning, we were supported holistically, reminding me how vital it is to honor the full person behind the professional. 🕺 Create Space to Dance in the streets. - You can lead a group to a party, but when 13 people spontaneously choose to dance in the street to a violinist - that's straight fun and trust there, folks. So I sit today, with another speaking engagement under my belt, a shiny new certification, a refreshed personal V/TO for Q4 an 2025, and a FULL HEART. I honestly get to do work with people I love, doing work I love, getting paid what I deserve, and space to be all the versions of me every day,.
