🌟 Celebrating Women's History Month: Spotlight on Female Leadership! 🌟 At Rubino this month, we're honored to shine a light on the incredible achievements of our female director, Kay L. Vollans, CPA, and take a moment to reflect on the importance of women supporting women within our organization. 🌐 In the spirit of unity and empowerment, we ask: How can women support other women in their workplace? 🤝 Kay L. Vollans, CPA shares her thoughts: "The best way we (women) support each other is by creating connections and building real relationships. There's nothing like getting to know someone and really seeing them in order to have a newfound respect for them and what they do." 💬 Let's foster an environment where collaboration, understanding, and respect thrive. Whether through mentorship, networking, or simply taking the time to listen and appreciate each other's perspectives, let's continue to uplift and empower one another. 👩💼Tag a phenomenal woman in your organization who inspires you and share how you support each other! #TeamRubino, #WomensHistoryMonth, #WomenSupportingWomen, #Empowerment #Leadership, #InspirationalWomen, #BuildingConnections

Happy International Women's Day! 🌟 Today, let's shine a light on the power of personal branding in elevating women's leadership. It's more than self-promotion; it's about sharing our true selves, our values, and the impact we aim to create. ✨ As we celebrate 🎉, remember the words of Nicola Hodson, CEO of IBM UK & Ireland: "𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘓𝘦𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦", as per my article https://bit.ly/3wOtBpm Her journey reminds us of the strength found in recognizing and owning our unique contributions. This Women's Day, let's pledge to refine our brands, not just for career growth but to inspire the next generation of women leaders. It's about identifying and embracing those tasks we excel at naturally, often without realizing their immense value to others. 👉 Your true power lies in what you do effortlessly. Own it. Share it. Inspire with it. Let's celebrate our achievements and commit to visibility and consistency in branding. Here's to breaking barriers, opening doors, and empowering women everywhere! 🌍💪 #InternationalWomensDay #PersonalBranding #WomenLeaders #Empowerment #CelebrateWomen

As Women's Month draws to a close, I've been reflecting on the significant influence of women in leadership roles, not just within our own organization but across industries as a whole. In my experience, having women in leadership positions brings a needed perspective and skill set to the table. Our approach often emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and effective communication, which fosters a more supportive and innovative work environment. This diversity in leadership styles not only shapes a company's values towards greater equity and respect but also enhances creativity and adaptability within the organization. Personally, I've found that embracing diversity in leadership isn't just about representation; it's about harnessing the power of different perspectives to drive positive change. By championing inclusivity and empowering women to lead, we can create stronger, more resilient organizations that are better equipped to navigate the challenges of today's dynamic business landscape. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the influence of women in leadership. How have you seen it impact your organization or industry? Let's continue the conversation.
A company's culture and values can be the backbone of a great business. For women's appreciation month, we asked our team how they think women's leadership inpacks companies' values. Please read one of the answers we received below. #IWD

When Suhasini Seshadri first approached me to discuss DCODE, she mentioned that I was referred to her by Sanjeeb Lahiri whom I consider a good friend and mentor. I agreed to meet her. Initially, we spoke on the phone, and a few months later, she invited me to meet her in person. Our meeting took place at our office, and we instantly realized that there was a strong connection between us. I felt a deep desire to be part of her work and contribute in any way I could. Suhasini came across as an empathetic, warm, and charming individual with an extraordinary understanding of human nuances. She invited me to her series, LEAD-HER-SHIP, for a chat about building and leveraging networks for women. We had an unedited, free-flowing, and very interesting conversation. Later, she asked me to nominate two mentees who would benefit from her program. I thought of two individuals who had the potential, and a month and a half later, I saw them starting this program with Suhasini. I am as excited as the cohort and Suhasini to see what impact this program will have on them for the better. I would like to encourage women out there not to wait for someone to invest in them. If you feel stuck or need a helping hand, if you’re there but those critical senior roles keep slipping out of your grasp, it’s time to take a deep dive into what is not working for you. Change the storyline, change the game. You can do it only when you realize you matter. For that, maybe some external help or a coach or a program like LEAD-HER-SHIP can help you. First learn how to lead yourself and the rest will follow. Disclaimer: This is not a paid ad. This is purely from my experience that how the content and curriculum have been set will be beneficial. #leadership #womenleaders #selfconfidence #grow #leadbyexample #dcode

This is on point. Taking a seat at the table and thereafter making the circle bigger is the best way to #payitforward and honour those who led the way by bringing us to the table and continue to hold our hand as we navigate our leadership journeys. #ED&I diversityandinclusion #Leadership
🌟 Embracing Female Leadership: Creating a Seat at the Table 🌟 As we celebrate the strides made in female leadership, it's crucial to reflect on the importance of not just finding a seat at the table but creating one for ourselves and others. 🚀 The power of carving out our own seat at the table is undeniable. By championing our unique perspective, skills, and voice, we can influence decisions, drive change, and inspire others to do the same. 💪 But we can't stop there. Elevating other women isn't just about individual success—it's about fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment that benefits us all. 🌺 Let's continue to break barriers, shatter glass ceilings, and build a future where every woman not only has a seat at the table but a voice that is heard and valued. and to go further, when you have created your own seat at the table, extend a hand and invite other women and young people to join! 💫 #FemaleLeadership #Empowerment #SistersSupportingSisters #connect #engage #beinspired
