This is going to make a lot of people angry, but it’s the truth. 🤷♀️ ➡️ Bootcamp-style training is designed for cram and exam—which is a scam. 🚫 The certificate holder lacks the ability to apply what they learned because they only memorized the information for the short term, without any opportunity to practice it in real-world scenarios. As a result, they quickly forget the material, meaning the company that funded the training doesn't see the expected return on investment. 😭 🕵️♂️ Next time you’re interviewing someone with a certification, ask them how they would apply something specific they should have learned. Certified or Qualified - Two sides of the same coin. ✅Qualification equals field training; certification equals classroom training. ✅Qualification is an ongoing process; certification happens once. ✅Qualification equals on the job training plus experience and education, which allows individuals to produce desired results consistently. Certification equals documented evidence through pre-established programs that desired results are consistently obtained. Regardless of certification status one must be capable of helping the organization reach its goals.
