Rudder Law Professional Corporation’s Post

Mr. Andrew Leroy Rudder is very honoured to be participating as a speaker in the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers’ (CABL) Annual Conference: “A Moment in Time: The Evolution of the Legal Landscape”, at the Ontario Bar Association in Toronto, on October 12 and 13, which is a couple days after his speaking engagement at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology's ClioCon 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 9 and 10! Thank you to Tracey-Ann Dobson-Hamilton-Ann Dobson — the Director of Professional Development of CABL, and the wonderful, hard-working team of CABL’s Professional Development Committee.      Mr. Rudder will be participating in the session entitled: “Civil Practice: Mastering the Art before the Court and Tribunal”, alongside his fellow, brilliant panelists, Monique Jilesen and Melissa Burkett. They’ll be guided by their awesome moderator, Lanise Hayes, through some of the intricacies of civil procedure and the various rules from the unique perspectives of our different areas of practice. This year CABL is celebrating resilience, progress, and the evolution of the legal landscape. Please join them to learn about leading practices, recent and critical practice directions, as they examine precedent-setting, recent jurisprudence that is shaping civil litigation in the courts and tribunals. They also hope to offer valuable insights and practical strategies that will enhance your effectiveness as you represent your clients before the court or tribunal. #speakingengagment #panelist #CABL #rudderlawgroup #civilpractice #ClioCon #ClioCon2023 #professionaldevelopment #annualconference #moderator #speaker #resilence #progress #evolution #legallandscape #precedentsetting #jurisprudence #civillitigation #tribunal #practicalstrategies #civilprocedure #strategies #canadianassociationofblacklawyers
