Anyone else struggling to keep up with newsletters? The problem with making it easy to create newsletters and podcasts is not in the creation process but in the consumption one. No normal human can consume more than 5/10 weekly newsletters and listen to more than a few snippets of podcasts. We either need chips implanted in our brains or someone needs to tell me how they keep up. How do you all do it? #newsletters

Are you one of the many people who finds the consistent sound of a box fan to be relaxing and soothing? There are a few reasons why so many of us do. - The consistent sound created by a box fan is white noise which helps to create a calm and relaxing environment. - The steady sound helps to drown out any distractions in the background making it easier to focus or concentrate. Don't have a box fan? No problem! Check out this sound on "12 Hour Sound Machines (no loops or fades)" wherever you get your podcasts. #BoxFan #WhiteNoise #12HourSoundMachines

In a world where we are constantly encouraged to do more—read more books, listen to more podcasts, connect with more people—we sometimes forget the power of subtraction. Real self-awareness often come from removing the influences that no longer serve us. It's not about adding more inputs, but about clearing space for the things that truly align with who we are. When you focus on what remains after the distractions are gone, you begin to see your true guideposts more clearly.

Am I the only one who looks up in the air to grab my thoughts when on these Zooms or Podcasts? 😆 I had to google this to make sure what I was doing didn't look suspicious. "According to current research, there is no reliable way to tell if someone is lying based solely on which direction they look when speaking, as the common belief that looking left or right indicates lying has been largely debunked by studies." #SalesDevelopment #SalesPsychology #SalesTraining #richhitsgoals
