I agree and really liked how you present the concept of 'Job Worth Model' - this is undoubtedly the apt way but what would your advice be to organisations that are still growing? They offer compensation enough to be in the market range, invest in learning, engagement but do lose talent rapidly to better paying organisations and not because they do not value talent. The drain is still easier to manage at mid and senior roles because culture, being a part of something larger matters to them but at junior roles, it becomes a struggle.
