I'm not even the target audience for this campaign, but this might be my fav product launch in a while 🤩 Tomorrow Ruka Hair are launching their greyscale hair extension range and this could mark a huge turning point for the beauty industry 😯 Over the last few years, Ruka has reimagined the black hair industry through innovative ethically sourced product ranges, and last week they announced they were doing it again, this time with a line of extensions dedicated to grey hair! 😍 Whilst we've seen strides being taken in the right direction towards embracing the process of aging for women throughout the beauty industry, Ruka has tackled a huge gap in the market embracing greying hair for the beauty that it is Ruka have used this opportunity to celebrate this natural process of aging that is so commonly covered up, through words spoken by the women that understand this issue better than anyone 👏🏾 I've absolutely LOVED seeing this campaign rollout across socials I really hope that more brands get on board with this so that we can remove stigma around the most natural process of all... aging! P.S. Does anyone else find it refreshing to see a beauty campaign launch that isn't directed at Gen Z?! 💁🏾♀️ #RukaGreyScale #beauty #blackhair

I really hope to see this blow up. Marketing for "undesirable" changes always seems so hush hush and clinical. And it hyper focuses too much on the intended audience with a consistent theme of escapism. This campaign is the first I've ever seen aging embraced so beautifully. It told the present and future greyers, "You are beautiful". Ruka Hair I'm sending my aunties your way! This put the biggest smile on my face 🧡

Can I just say I LOVE when women rock their natural grey hair?! I think it's one of the most beautiful styles to date. No matter the age, no matter the gradient, it just represents beauty and timeless wisdom. Seems like Ruka Hair unlocked another key demographic and I'm here for it!

Ruka Hair's greyscale hair extension launch is a game changer, embracing aging with such elegance and style! Have you seen any shifts in customer reactions to beauty standards as a result of these more inclusive campaigns? I'm all ears for how this might inspire further innovation across the industry!
