If you are a fresher, Please understand that moonlighting isn't a crime and you can clearly ask HR about if your company allows moonlighting or not before joining. The reason companies don't allow moonlighting is Freshers don't usually able to handle it efficiently and soon reach a burnout. Another reason is they don't understand treason. Using company resources or time to profit your other job is wrong and it costs company a lot more than you think. As long as you understand this well enough (the risk and the benifits), Feel free to Moonlight on good terms with your company. I have always encouraged my team members to work at different places, pursue multiple gigs, and also take up different kinds of projects. Better yet, I have offered them roles that my acquaintances had openings for! Both full-timers and interns in my team. When you do not want to “restrict” your team, and trust them instead: 1. They will grow in their skills and not be limited to what you have to offer. 2. They will understand their time-money relationship over time, which is an important lesson. 3. As I read more and more posts from tech specialists and bloggers hyping "AI movies" and tools like Sora&Co I can't stop wondering how people think that these tools one day will be able to actually replace a film team and human emotions to create a film like this in the B2B sector 🤔 . Don't get me wrong, I love AI and all the awesome tools for video units, we do use them partially - but unfortunately for this movie we didn't need a cat strolling through a lush greenery, or a dog typing on a laptop or a historical shot of California during the gold rush 😏 What we did need were human emotions, which we captured by working with the amazing employees and team at Lufthansa Systems. We got there through pure human to human interaction - through people being people. And yes, the animation of the globe probably, maybe could have been made with an AI tool 🙊. But what do I know, maybe in 2 years I can just type in the prompt "create an awesome recruiting film for our client Lufthansa Systems" and it just magically appears. Until then, I`ll enjoy the wonderful people on set and the cool results that only this form of working together is able to create ❤️ #imagefilm #recruitingfilm #filmproduction #ai #aitools #generativeai #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfFilm

Last night, I went for ICON ball. It truly was a fascinating moment for me. ICON was the first place I started off my sales/BD/accounts career. Prior to this, I was a trainer within the fashion space but after a short period of time, I got bored and thought I wanted to try something else. I remember interviewing for the role and the hiring manager back then asked me, “Are you sure you want to do sales? Do you know it’s actually a very tough job?” After so many years being in this space, I’ve come to understand why she’d say that. Sales and BD really isn’t a role for anyone and everyone. It requires a particular type of skill set, a particular type of tenacity and most importantly an unrelentless attitude that will not be upset with taking no as an answer. It is a full circle moment for me last night. Little reminders like these help me to stay grounded and planted on my two feet. I’m also thankful for friends and ex colleagues who so openly welcomed me. I’m excited for what is ahead. #thoughts #sales
