We launched last month without any previous activity on LinkedIn, having any Marketing budget, Social Media pages etc. It may be a slow process but it's better than no progress and we will persevere. 👍 In a short space of time, we've created a culture and environment that is transparent, trusting, with a willingness to learn and everyone shares the same mindset 👉 It's not what's in it for US rather what we are building for the South African community, our passion, what we want to share and to showcase our significance from our lessons learnt and experiences. We rather learn from spectacular failures than safe wins and we will get up when we can't. We know that failure is an option, else we are not innovating enough, and that success does not have to mean rapid scale. Congrats Team on a 1000 views and our small wins thus far!
